Weekly Office Cleaning Duties 
Organize the cleaning supply closet
Take inventory and write down if we need anything
Wipe down tables and, if necessary, the computers
Check lost and found for items that have been there longer than a week and address that class directly
Clean the dust off the rim of the window
Check to make sure no cables are laying around or at anybody’s feet
Sweep the floor
Check to make sure there are staples in the stapler
Tighten bolts on back and bottom of chairs
Weekly Cleaning of Lab
Check to make sure the cables are out of the way (Power cables, patch cables, headphone wires, etc.)
Check the markers to see that they all work/replace dry ones
Sweep the floors (all corners and behind chairs and garbage)
Wipe down the desks with Windex
Check to make sure there are staples in the stapler
Tighten bolts on back and bottom of chairs
Monthly Cleaning Tasks
Pull out the desks and clean between them where dust gathers
Wipe down computer screens with screen cleaner and rag
Wipe dust off walls from fans
Clean dust out of the keyboards 
Check to see if there is residue build-up on the bottom of the mice
Dust off the fans 
Clean dry erase residue off the edges of the whiteboard 
Daily Cleaning Tasks
Sweep the floors
Quickly clean dirt/eraser shavings off desk
Check to make sure there is no food/drink garbage under the desks
Clean the whiteboard with the spray provided
Brush dirt off of chairs
Take out the garbage if there is food in it at the end of the day
