Step 1. File your 20xx-20xx FAFSA

Step 2. Log on to CUNYFirst

Step 3. Go to "Self-Service" and then "Student Center"

Step 4. Check to see if the CUNY Supplement is in your to-do list

Step 5. Click "Supplement Form"

Step 6. Click the MAGNIFYING GLASS and select the appropriate information for INSTITUTION and AID YEAR

Step 6. Choose "YES" for "question 5"
