Where I'm from, the Land and the People are made of something beautiful. The way of life is more laid back and enjoyable.
To give you a little glimpse of my world, here are some images from Jamaica...
move your mouse pointer over the pictures to see who/what they are.
I took this picture last year Summer (2004). It is a late evening sunset in St. Mary. This is the section of the island where I spent the first year of my life.
This is my favorite section of Doctor's Cave Beach (shown in the aerial photo on my front page.)
The world famous Rose Hall Golf Course used to be a cane sugar plantation. This beautiful facility is just on the outskirts of Montego Bay, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
This Jamaican beauty is enjoying Dunns River Falls. A naturally flowing river, which passes through rainforest jungle and cascades over rapids on its way to the beach.
Looking over at Dunns River from the jungle.
A visitor enjoys the sunset after strolling the seven miles of pristine beach in Negril.
But Jamaica is more than beautiful scenes, It is also about great people with positive vibrations. Here are some of them, that I have the privilege of calling friends.
